Ive worked with Nelly since my first year of juniors, and the amount that he has improved my skills is unbelievable. The drills he runs still challenges me and I'm playing division 1 hockey. The enthusiasm and dedication he has to this sport and developing his players is top notch, you wont find anything better. His knowledge for the game is something that some players just don't have, its like a gift he was given. You wont find anything better to improve your game then with Nelly.

Over this past summer I had the opportunity to train with Justin a couple times a week. Justin runs some very intense practices, powerskating, and skills sessions. I learned a lot from Justin and I am very happy happy that I had the opportunity to train with him. Justin also brought out a lot of great coaches this summer. Brady Greco former AHL player and Tim Turk who is Montreal Canadiens shooting coach. I am looking forward to next summer when I can work with Justin and his staff again!

Justin Nelson is one of the best skills coaches I have ever had. His knowledge and expertise paired with his enthusiasm and hard work makes for a great coach. The major advantage to working with Justin is how game applicable his drills are. Nelly’s drills combine all five skills necessary to excel in the game of hockey: skating, puck handling, passing, shooting, and battling. After years of coaching and training with Justin, he has become more than just a coach to me. The best part of Justin’s coaching is his genuine care for his player’s development. He is always available and willing to aid his players any way he can.

I have been working with Nelly now for several weeks. I have been doing a lot of skating work and puck work the weeks I have been with him. Ever since I have been working with Nelly my skating has improved tremendously as well as other parts of my game. Nelly has good drills and everything feels like game situation. He knows what he is talking about when it comes to the game of hockey and skill development. I wouldnt work with anybody but Nelly.
